Join Us

The Indoor Bowls Club is available for members and visitors to play bowls. A membership form can be downloaded from here, or call in at the club where someone will be happy to assist you. Open Days to the public are held in September; these help keep the Membership to a high level and, with the expertise of the Coaches and Senior Members, prospective Members soon understand the art of bowling.

Prospective Members, who have not played bowls before, are encouraged to join a Coaching Course before paying the appropriate Annual Subscription.

After joining, Members are encouraged to further participate by taking part in “Spoon” drives, which are held on a Saturday evening. Our fees for membership and playing are detailed below; all memberships run from 1st October to 30th September of the following year.

Membership Fee £90.00 per year (1st October to 30th September)
Junior Member Fee (Under 18) £20.00 per year (1st October to 30th September)
Social Membership £30.00 per year (1st October to 30th September)

Locker (when available) £5 per year

Rink Tickets are available from the bar at £11 for 4

Members £3.50, or a rink ticket (per 2.5 hour session)
Non-Members £7.00
Juniors (Under 18) £1.50
Lunchtime & Teatime Session £1:50 (1 hour)
Double session £3.50, or a rink ticket
Spoon Drive: Adult £3.50 (cash only)
